It is with deep regret and sadness that I must announce that Bob Piana passed away yesterday, February 7, 2020. Bob was our store manager for the past 27 years and could usually be found with his welcoming smile at the front counter.
Bob was like family. Our families grew up together. Supporting each other in the tough times and celebrating the good times. Like watching kids grow up and have babies of their own. That’s what families do and we did. This is one of the toughest times for me and our staff.
Bob has been fighting cancer for several years. He fought the good fight. Unfortunately, his battle was lost yesterday evening. Bob is at peace and no longer in pain. Heaven has a new angel!!!
We are in the process of setting up a Go Fund Me page to assist his wife Patty. If you wish to make a donation to help Patty out, you can leave a check in any amount in the name of Patricia Piana, with me at the store. If you want to make an anonymous donation you can simply leave an envelope with Patty’s name on it and we will make sure that she gets it.
We are also planning to have a memorial golf tournament with the support of several of our manufacturers to help raise funds for Patty.
If you would like to attend the services, just let us know and we will pass along the information to you once the arrangements have been made.
